Help, I’m trying to modify or cancel my subscription!

To access your account:

We’ve got you covered. First start with our Chill Wave scent (jk, but it will help), then use the link we sent in your account confirmation email. Or, you can just log in here with your password. Haven’t created a password yet? No sweat, click here to create one for your account. Need a new activation link? Shoot us an email at help@mymyro.com and we’ll get you one STAT.

To switch scents or change refill shipment dates:

Just navigate to the “Your plan” tab and click “Modify Plan”. Scroll down to select “edit” next to whatever you’re trying to update, save your changes, and you’re done. Almost as easy as applying deodorant.

To update refill frequency:

You’ll find it on the same page as the above. Just follow the easy instructions!

P.S. You can also apply discounts or cancel your subscription on this page.

To edit your billing info, or card on file:

Navigate to “Account/Billing” tab to edit your payment method or billing address. Don’t forget to save!
