How do I change or cancel my order?

First scenario: you’d like to change or cancel your trial. Please contact us immediately at help@mymyro.com so we can do our best to make the change before the starter kit goes out the door.

Second scenario: you’re making changes to a refill. Reach out before the order ships by emailing help@mymyro.com or log in to your account. As an FYI, we’ll send an order confirmation email a few days before go-time. If you miss it, just email us as soon as you can and we’ll figure something out.
