How do I change or cancel my order?

First scenario: you’d like to change or cancel your trial. Please contact us immediately at so we can do our best to make the change before the starter kit goes out the door.

Second scenario: you’re making changes to a refill. Reach out before the order ships by emailing or log in to your account. As an FYI, we’ll send an order confirmation email a few days before go-time. If you miss it, just email us as soon as you can and we’ll figure something out.
